I’m a father, husband, and lover of IT. My relationship with computers began around 1980 with a TRS-80. Fast-forward 25 years and I left a lucrative IT career for something more personally satisfying. But I never gave up the tinkering entirely. But as of late, my new career (almost 20 years now) is leading me back into IT.

I’ve also gotten into flight simming in the last couple of years. I’ve had my PPL since the ’90’s, but I can’t afford the real thing anymore. The building of my sim rig relit the flame of building/coding/learning. Now, I have a burgeoning low-budget homelab.

So much time, so little to do...

Wait, strike that. Reverse it.

Tinker, Learn, and pass it on
